Orders on Soludos.com

  1. Can I cancel an order once it has been placed?

    In an effort to deliver shipments as quickly as possible, we unfortunately, cannot modify or cancel your order once it has been placed. This also includes changes to shipping address & shipping methods.
  2. Does Soludos ship to P.O. boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses?

    Unfortunately, at this time, we are unable to deliver to P.O. boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
  3. How do I use a promo code to checkout?

    If you have a promo code, you can enter it on the checkout page in the “Discount Codes” field, located below the payment method field.  Enter the code exactly how it appears & apply- voila! Please note that discounts will not be applied to Sale items.
  4. What forms of payment does Soludos.com accept?

    Soludos.com accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Paypal and Soludos store credit.

Shipping Methods & Policy

  1. Does Soludos offer free shipping on orders?

    We offer free ground shipping on all US orders. Please note that we do not ship to Military/APO/FPO addresses. For international orders (Mexico, Australia and United Kingdom), shipping fees will be calculated automatically at checkout. International customers are responsible for all shipping, duty and taxes associated with the importation of the merchandise.
  2. When will my order ship out?

    When you place your order, we are doing everything we can to ship as fast as we can. Orders typically require 2 business days to process and ship. If you placed your order during the weekend or on a holiday, we'll ship your order out on the following business day. You should receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order ships out.
  3. When will I receive my order?

    All orders ship out of our warehouse facility in sunny California. Once your order ships out, here is a timeline of when you can expect your Soludos:

Orders to Hawaii and Alaska are sent via USPS Priority and typically takes 5-10 business days from the ship date. International orders typically take 2 weeks from the ship date.

International Orders & Returns

  1. Does Soludos ship internationally?

    We currently ship to Mexico, Australia and United Kingdom. Somewhere else? We are available at official retailers across the world- to find a location closest to you, please visit our Store Locator.
  2. How much does shipping & handling cost on international orders?

    Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout & will vary depending on the number of items purchased. International customers are responsible for the shipping fees, duty and taxes associated with the importation of their orders (to Mexico, Australia and UK only).
  3. Can I return an international shipment?

    Unfortunately, we cannot accept international returns at this time. We are reviewing this policy as it is important for our international customers to be entirely happy with their Soludos.

Returns & Exchanges

  1. What is Soludos return policy?

    Please note that Sale items are not eligible for returns. We accept unworn, full-priced items purchased from www.soludos.com within 30 days from the date of purchase on all domestic orders.  International orders are not eligible for returns. If you are returning in the US, you have the option of returning for Soludos store credit or a refund to your original payment method.  Refunds are subject to a $6 processing fee per order. If you opt for store credit, this processing fee will be waived & you will be credited in the full amount to your account.

  2. How do I return an item?

    Step 1: Complete Return Request Form. Log in to your Soludos account here.

    From your Account page, click “My Orders” on the left hand column and select the order you wish to return.

    c. In the Order details page, select the “Return” link.  Select the item(s) you wish to return by selecting either “Store Credit” or “Refund” and the reason code.  Refunds are subject to a $6 processing fee per order. If you opt for store credit, this fee will be waived. Submit completed return form & print. A prepaid USPS shipping label is provided when you print out your return form.

    Step 2: Package & Ship

    Please make sure to include your return form in the box along with the unworn item(s) in their original packaging- make sure to remove any existing shipping labels or barcodes from the box! If you are returning with the provided USPS label, you can either drop off your package at the nearest USPS location or a schedule a pick up from USPS here.

    *Please note that a tracking no. will be provided only if it is dropped off at a physical USPS location*

    If you decide to ship the return with a different carrier of your choice, include the completed return form in the box and send to:

  3. How long does it take for me to get my refund or store credit?

    It may take up to 1-2 weeks for us to receive your shipment. Once we receive your return, please allow up to 5 business days for us to process your return. Once your return has been processed, you will receive a notification email that your refund or store credit has been processed & issued.

  4. Do you offer exchanges?

    Due to the limited exclusivity of our styles, we do not offer exchanges on returns. We recommend returning for store credit so that you may shop from our live inventory.

  5. Does store credit expire?

    Our store credit does not expire. If you choose to return an item for store credit, the $6 return processing fee is waived.

  6. What do I do if my product arrived damaged/defected?

    Please email our customer service team with your order number at returns@soludos.com and they will be more than happy to assist you.

Sizing & Care

  1. How does Soludos fit?

    Soludos fit true to size and are available in US sizes. If you are a half size, we recommend sizing up to the nearest whole size.  Sizing may vary by natural construction as they are individually hand stitched. Your Soludos will slightly stretch with wear and conform to the shape of your feet. Please refer to the sizing chart here.

  2. How long does a pair of Soludos espadrilles last?

    Soludos® are perfect for the summer (or the lucky places that are always summer) but they won’t last forever. Espadrilles typically last about 90 days as they are truly a seasonal shoe. It’s the price you pay for their natural construction – a Jute Sole and cotton upper rather than rubber or plastic. We like to think it of it as part of their charm.

  3. Are Soludos waterproof?

    Soludos don’t do well in the rain so we recommend you avoid stepping in wet areas. You can keep them in good shape longer by keeping them dry, especially the soles. A damp sponge can help remove some dirt from the cotton upper.

  4. How do I clean my Soludos?

    A damp cloth can remove dirt from the cotton or leather upper of your Soludos. We also recommend mixing a little laundry detergent with water in a small cup and use an old toothbrush to gently brush your jute sole. Make sure to not get the soles wet!

  5. Where are Soludos manufactured?

    Soludos are manufactured in our factories in China and Spain. Our production staff routinely visits these factories to ensure safe working standards. We also have third parties audit the factories at least once a year to ensure they adhere to proper labor regulations and working conditions.
